  • Accessory Warranty: Accessories that accompany our products (such as wheels, seats, canopies, and other supplementary parts) come with a 180-day warranty covering non-human-induced issues.

2. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Normal wear from daily use (e.g., surface scratches, fabric fading, or tire wear) is not covered by the warranty.
  • Damage from Human Factors: Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or negligence (such as overloading, impacts, drops, etc.) is excluded from the warranty.
  • Incorrect Usage: The warranty is void if the product is not used or maintained according to the user manual or official instructions.

3. Warranty Claim Process

  • Contact Customer Service: If you experience any quality issues, please contact our customer service team promptly. Be prepared to provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and relevant photos to start the warranty process.
  • Issue Confirmation and Processing: Our support team will review your claim. If the issue is confirmed to be under warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement.
